Set on 5.5 peaceful acres in the San Marcos Hill Country, our boutique micro-farm offers a private, outdoor setting designed for intentional connection, celebration, and unforgettable moments.

From birthdays and family gatherings to intimate celebrations, this is a place where guests can slow down, enjoy the land, and experience something truly different—surrounded by open skies, oak groves, and friendly farm animals.

Your event includes access to our rustic outdoor setting, featuring a covered deck cabana area and access to our signature Tin Trough Pool space (when included in your package or selected as an add-on).

Guests can also enjoy the following amenities, included with your event:

• 🔥 Fire pits
• 🌿 Outdoor swings
• 🍔 Grills (please bring your own charcoal or propane)

This is a natural, outdoor environment designed for relaxed, intentional gatherings where you can simply be present and enjoy your time together.

⚠️ Tables and chairs are not included. Guests are welcome to bring their own or coordinate with outside vendors.

🧼 Cleaning Fee

A flat $200 cleaning fee applies to all events.
This allows us to thoughtfully prepare the space for your arrival and care for it well after your gathering.
